We tried to situate the sea as villa’s front yard with undefined and unlimited boundaries, because it belongs to anyone and any living creature on earth. For the unit villa, we were using modular panels for entire buildings element, such as floor, walls, ceilling, and roof. We tried to minimize materials waste by using prefabrication materials with same modular unit dimensions.
