Our design concept was to create symetrical masterplan with inner circle corridor at the heart of the compounding mass in order to create better and faster mobility access from one department to another with courtyard as main view orientation.

RTR Architects became finalist in professional category. Our design proposal was focused on reactivate forgotten communal space such as apartment rooftop to create new communal space for neighborhood. In addition, we consider physical distancing and others precatious to adapt with pandemic situation.
