Cihanjuang is located in KBB (Kabupaten Bandung Barat) which has strict requirement in terms of building approval. Site area for this project is 120 square meters and we only had permission to build at 20% from total area, it means we only had 24 square meters for the ground floor. In order to make it appropriate for living, we need to make it bigger by using stilt-house concept to preserve the rainwater catchment area. By using these concept, we may develop first floor into 40% of site. Besides, stilt house concept could maximize natural air- flow as response to tropical climate which can reduce the usage of air conditioner
